Andrew Symeou - update
The European Arrest Warrant for Andrew Symeou is still being delayed. He has an appearance scheduled in the High Court for 15th Jan 2009.
Let's remember the evidence against Andrew Symeou. It is based on the testimony of two young British boys, obtained under duress by the Greek police, who were in a totally different club at the time of the incident. Andrew Symeou hasn't even been interviewed by the Greek authorities. This is a standard of law which is unacceptable in the UK.
